Privacy

Clubbo is a product of SamaCode, Stekelbeekstraat 17, 9881 Bellem, Belgium, company number 1044.187.380. Questions can be sent to info@clubbo.be.

What we store

For your account: your name, email address and an encrypted password. For your club: what you and your teammates enter, such as activities, attendance, posts, carpools, fines, shirt numbers and optionally a phone number. Only members of the same club can see that club data.

We only use this data to run Clubbo and to send you the emails you need, such as a link to reset your password. We sell nothing and show no ads in the app.

We keep your data as long as your account exists. To have your account and data deleted, email info@clubbo.be.

If you tap "Translate" on a post, Chrome translates it on your own device when it can. Otherwise only that text is sent to MyMemory (Translated, Italy) for translation. Who wrote it or which club it belongs to is not sent.

Cookies

The app uses one essential cookie to keep you logged in. That needs no consent.

On this website we use Google Analytics and Google Ads to measure which ads bring in new clubs. We only set those cookies if you accept them in the cookie banner. If you decline, Google Consent Mode only sends anonymous signals without cookies. You can change your choice any time via Cookie settings at the bottom of every page.

If you came through an ad and gave consent, we note which campaign you came from when you sign up. That tells us which ads work.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, and you can file a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
